Develop LinkedIn Group Strategy

Challenge:

One of Ireland’s oldest financial recruitment companies was looking to identify how to develop a social media strategy based almost exclusively on using LinkedIn. The brief was to develop a list of 75 groups to target globally for certain skill sets. This list would be used to post roles into and for recruiters to contribute to discussions to help the company improve their branding.  They also ask that we come up a recommendation to create 4 LinkedIn groups of which they were hoping two would get traction.

Result

  • Top 100 LinkedIn groups identified not just in terms of size but also in terms of quality of content and engagement
  • Optimisation analysis conducted on high traffic groups to understand how they were doing so well
  • Recommendation of keywords and titles to be used when creating groups.
  • Marketing Specialist trained
