Microsoft Ireland wanted to refresh some competitive intelligence and market analysis for a number of Eastern European countries to bolster their sourcing capabilities and assess their sourcing strategies for a number of key tier 1 companies to source from.

Results

  • An analysis of 5 key competitors’ org charts were conducted in the market.
  • 4 detailed country profiles were built containing macro-economic information, data on development community populations, technical education systems, top LinkedIn groups, IT associations, job boards, Google groups, agencies and press to source from.
  • Detailed reports analysis the educational systems, social network platforms and communities, press, job boards and more was conducted and recommendations made of channels to source from.
