Entire recruitment strategy audit, strategy development and training

Challenge:

  • BearingPoint one of Ireland’s leading leading management and technology consultants were experiencing a lot of growth and wanted to design a new and innovative recruitment strategy to allow them expand quickly. They requested  an audit of their entire recruitment operations to decide if they had the right sourcing strategy in place, the right headcount and resourcing model, the right recruitment marketing strategy and the right training to empower their recruitment team to proactively source.
Result
  • A consultancy agreement was put in place over 3 months which involved meeting senior partners, the HR director, hiring managers and new recruits to audit  the recruitment department
  • All senior members of the business were offered LinkedIn training so as to be able to advertise the company’s roles. this included the CEO and senior partners
  • A new real time, online, shared open requisition report was designed on an internal share point architecture
  • A new SLA agreement was designed between the business and the recruitment team
  • Training for the recruitment team was provided on proactive sourcing
  • A new and improved referral policy was put in place
  • A social media recruitment strategy was designed
  • A new shared service recruitment resourcing model was proposed and adopted
